In Practice Problem 1, the video shows how to find the Moments of inertia Ix and Iy, the radii of gyration Kx and Ky about the x- and y-axes, and the radius of gyration Ky about the y-axis for a given rectangle. The rectangle is 40cmx 60 cm.
